Do my buyers need an app or a login?
No. You send one link and your buyer opens it right in their phone browser. No app to download, no login, no PDF to pinch and zoom.
Can I build a tour from my MLS report?
Yes. Upload your MLS export (a PDF or spreadsheet) or paste the listing text, and Studio pulls each home's address and details into the tour for you to review. Prefer to type them in? That works too.
What do I see after I send it?
You see when your buyer opened the tour, how many times, and which homes they tapped. If they rate the homes, those come back to you too, so you walk into the next showing knowing what landed.
How is this different from Canva?
Canva hands you a blank page. Studio starts with your buyer and the homes you picked. Type the addresses, and the map, drive times and nearby spots fill in on their own. Add your reasons, then send one link with your name on it.
