Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Simply Edit Pro Studio. They are written to be readable. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on your own reading of it.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a brokerage or team, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Studio is

Studio is a client-preparation platform for real estate agents and teams. You supply property details, photos, and numbers, and Studio assembles pages, presentations, and drafts that you review and send to your own clients. Studio is a tool. It does not give real estate, legal, financial, or appraisal advice, and nothing it produces is a substitute for your professional judgment.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure, because anyone who can read it can request a sign-in link. You are responsible for activity under your account.

On a team plan, the account owner manages members and seats, and can add or remove access. Content created by a member belongs to the team account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Studio. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of running the service and producing the pages you ask for, including serving a published page to whoever you send the link to.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. That includes listing photos, brokerage marks, and any client information. Confirm your photographer and your brokerage permit the use before you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use Studio to:

  • Publish anything that violates fair housing law, including statements or preferences based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class.
  • Misrepresent a property, a price, or your role in a transaction.
  • Upload content you do not have the rights to, or anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing.
  • Break, overload, or probe the service, or try to reach data that is not yours.
  • Resell or rebrand Studio as your own product.

Fair housing compliance is your legal obligation. Studio includes guardrails that block certain language, and those guardrails are a help, not a guarantee. Read what you send.

Subscriptions and billing

Studio is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Your plan and its price are shown at checkout and in your account settings. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Because the service is delivered immediately, we do not generally give refunds for partial periods. If something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we will look at it.

Team plans include a set number of seats, and adding members beyond that adds seats to your bill. Promotional or founding rates apply only while the subscription stays active. If it lapses and you return, you re-enter at the price then current.

Availability and changes

We improve Studio continuously, so features change. We may add, modify, or retire parts of the service. If we retire something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may take the service down for maintenance.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Disclaimers

Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any data pulled from a third party source, such as map or school information, is accurate or current. Verify anything you put in front of a client.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Simply Edit Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against us that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will move the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use Studio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
