Hi, I'm Dallen. I built Studio. All of it.

Real estate runs in my family. My mom was an agent, so I grew up around open houses, listing appointments, and the very specific panic of the night before a big one. I started my own career as the guy with the camera, and after about seven years making marketing for agents and teams, I kept noticing the same quiet tragedy: great agents getting beaten by a PDF they threw together at 11pm. The talent was there. The work was there. The moment that actually mattered just kept showing up in a rush.

Simply Edit Pro started as a way to make content stop depending on one person's time. Studio is where that grew up. A flyer is a file. A listing appointment is a situation. I wanted to build something that understood the situation and helped an agent walk in prepared every single time, so the client feels like the whole thing was made for them. Because it was.

Here's the part I'll just say plainly: I'm a solo developer. It's me. Studio has the smallest org chart in software, which means if something breaks there is exactly one person to blame, and you're reading his bio. It also means no support ticket vanishing into a void and no sales team waiting to pounce. You email Studio, you get Dallen.
